For Buyers

A familiar pain

40 emails, 6 PDFs — and offers you still cannot compare.

The classic route: you drown in listing catalogs, chase suppliers one by one, and collect PDF quotes over email chains — each in a different currency, with different delivery terms, in a different format. In open bargaining everyone undercuts everyone; the cheapest-looking offer often turns out the most expensive once terms and quality differences surface.

MarbleMap owns this process: you open one request, operator-approved suppliers bid in sealed envelopes, and every offer lands on one screen on a common EUR basis. The decision stays yours at every step.

For buyers

One request, many offers — on fair ground

1

One request, many offers

Instead of hunting suppliers one by one, open a single request; operator-approved suppliers matching your category bring offers to you.

2

Sealed bids, in your favor

No supplier can see rival offers, prices or even the offer count. Everyone gives their best price the first time — no bargaining theater.

3

Automatic best-offer flag

Among full-coverage offers the best value is flagged automatically; the final decision is always yours. There is no automated decision-making.

4

A common currency basis

Offers in different currencies are compared on a common EUR basis with daily rates; the rate is frozen at acceptance.

5

Split-award: divide line items

Buy the travertine from one supplier and the marble from another — give each item to its best offer and manage the orders together.

6

Full privacy

Other buyers cannot see you or your requests; your per-offer private notes never leak to suppliers.

The mechanism

From request to order in four steps

1

Describe your request item by item

Minutes with the Basic wizard; or go Advanced with product line items, budget, delivery point, Incoterms 2020 and HS-code fields — a professional RFQ.

2

Offers collect in sealed envelopes

The sealed-bid architecture is enforced by design and has passed leak testing: because suppliers cannot see each other, you get genuinely competitive prices.

3

Compare in the matrix, request revisions

Up to 6 offers side by side; fluid filtering even at 500+ offers. Ask for line-level revisions instead of rejecting.

4

Split, approve, lock the record

Distribute items with split-award; every order is locked into an immutable record with a unique document number and a snapshot of parties and terms.

The four questions buyers ask first

Is it really free?

The core loop — open a request, receive offers, compare, accept — is free on every plan. Free includes 2 active requests; for more volume, seats and advanced tools, current plans are on the pricing page.

Who are the suppliers I face?

Every supplier business is manually reviewed and approved by an operator before entering the market; the badge cannot be bought. Only approved businesses matching your category can bid.

How do I compare offers in different currencies?

The platform converts every line to a common EUR basis at daily rates; the rate freezes at acceptance. The matrix flags the best full-coverage offer automatically — the decision is yours.

What if we do not share a language?

In-request messaging runs in per-supplier threads with DeepL translation shown side by side with the original.

Start free — no credit card required

The Free plan includes 2 active requests + 1 seat. A sample request: "10,000 m² Denizli travertine, CIF Hamburg, February delivery". You will see the difference when the first offers arrive.

Let your next stone deal start fair.
